Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Sunday afternoons from 2:00-6pm.
For the Gatineau area pickup location at the Uniprix Santé or Gagné en Santé, your meals will be available for pickup as of 9am Monday morning and are there during regular business hours.

FRESHII PICKUP: Pickup is MONDAY ONLY. Any order not picked up after Monday are thrown out. Your original email order confirmation is confirmation. Thrown out orders are at the client's expense.
Delivery schedule can change based on weather or volume of orders and their locations. As the delivery schedule varies, we recommend leaving a cooler out with ice packs in to keep your meals fresh if you are out!
Delivery changes: Please note that if you need to make changes to your delivery (address etc), changes can be made no later than Friday at 10pm.
Do you offer a pickup location?
We currently have an option to pick up directly from our commercial kitchen or for our Gatineau clients, at the Uniprix Santé Ahmad Hassan at 520 blvd de l'hopital or at Gagné en Santé.
Do you offer soy free/nut free/gluten free etc meals?
All of our meals are 100% vegan. That means they are free of dairy, egg and meat products and bi-products (that includes no honey!). Our meals are gluten-free, but we cannot guarantee that they are 100% safe for gluten allergies. Although our meals are vegan and gluten-free, our facility processes nuts, wheat, dairy, and shellfish. We do not offer nut-free or soy-free options at this time.
When do you post your new menu?
We post our menu for the following week every Monday. We post this on our social media pages, website and through our newsletter.
Do I have to get one of everything on your menu?
You are welcome to customize the combination of meals per your liking!
